Individual Experiences
Private Cultural Navigation in Xochimilco
Private navigation through the canals of Xochimilco with a cultural, historical, and environmental focus. This is not a festive ride, nor a trajinera with loud music and chaos. It is a guided experience designed to understand the territory from within.
During the journey, we explore the chinampa system — one of the oldest agricultural models in the world still in operation today. We visit an active chinampa to understand how cultivation works, how ecological balance is maintained, and why this landscape remains relevant in the present.
The experience blends conversation, observation, and moments of silence to truly listen to the environment. We speak about agriculture, cuisine, local history, and urban transformation. Each group is different, and the navigation adapts to the rhythm and level of interest of the participants.
The boat is private and never shared with other visitors. It is designed for intimate groups or families seeking a more reflective and meaningful approach to the place.
Duration: 2 hours
Base rate (1–2 guests): 550 USD
Additional guest: +150 USD
Maximum capacity: 10 guests
Optional upon request: selection of traditional beverages or light seasonal bites.

Traditional Market Exploration in Mercado de Xochimilco
A guided exploration of Xochimilco’s traditional market from a gastronomic and cultural perspective. This is not simply a walk through stalls — it is a way of reading the territory through what is sold, eaten, and exchanged.
We visit sections dedicated to vegetables, meats, fish, seeds, chiles, and seasonal products. We engage in conversation with vendors and analyze key ingredients of everyday and festive Mexican cuisine.
Throughout the experience, we enjoy carefully selected tastings that help us understand flavors, techniques, and cultural context. Each visit is different because the market is a living organism, constantly shifting with the season and the day.
Ideal for those who want to understand local culture through its most essential expression: food.
Includes tastings.
Duration: 2 hours
Maximum group size: 4 guests
Price: 140 USD per person.

Gastro-Cultural Cooking Experience in Xochimilco
A hands-on private cooking experience where we prepare a traditional three-course menu using representative regional ingredients and techniques.
Each participant cooks actively. This is not a demonstration — it is a fully participatory experience. We work with real sauces, stews, preparation processes, and authentic cooking times.
The menu may include mole, pipián, tilapia, chicken, or vegetarian alternatives, depending on the season and the group’s preferences.
We conclude by sharing the meal we’ve prepared in an intimate setting, opening space for conversation about the cultural context behind each dish.
Includes all ingredients and traditional beverages.
Duration: 2–3 hours
Maximum group size: 4 guests
Price: 190 USD per person
